Advertising ID means the Apple Identifier for Advertisers (“IDFA”) on Apple, and Google Advertising Identity (“GAID”). These are unique identifiers for mobile devices that advertisers use for interest-based advertising. They are consistent across all apps and thus allow cross-app tracking. On Apple, you can opt out by choosing the “limit ad tracking” option in the privacy settings. On Google Android, you can opt out by choosing the “Opt out of interest-based ads.” Advertising IDs are non-permanent, non-personal identifiers uniquely associated with your device. Similar technologies include tracking pixels within ads. These technologies allow companies (including marketers and advertisers) to recognize your device when you use websites and applications.
Device identifier means device type, device model, device manufacturer, device operating system and language, or other technical data like screen size, processor, or a combination of this data, available from a device for a developer to check the device’s compatibility with a particular application.
We may receive information about you from third-party sources, such as social media platforms, marketing partners, and analytics providers. This may include demographic information and other information that they have collected about you.
We may combine these different types of information to create a more complete profile of you and to provide you with better experience when using our services. We will always handle your personal information in accordance with applicable laws and our privacy policy.

We use advertising to fund our services so our service is available for free. We show third-party advertisement on our services and also advertise our services via third parties.
To enable us to show ads on our service, we may send your advertising ID and IP address to advertisers (or ad networks) to enable them to find appropriate ads to serve to you in our products and on third-party properties. You can control and limit our use of your advertising ID in your device settings. We do not control which specific ads are shown in our services (this is controlled by ad networks).
Advertising IDs are used by ad networks for a number of purposes (please refer to the advertising partners listed herein as “third parties”) including, for example, to:
Other brands buy ad placements (advertisers) via an ad network or ad exchange (ads services) to advertise their products. Those ads are then displayed on our products. The ad services acts as an intermediary between the advertisers and us. In order for the ads services to charge the advertisers for the ads displayed and potential installs or sales of their product/service, those metrics needs to be tracked. Views, clicks and installs from such ads are measured using the Advertising ID.
Ad networks track which products you are interested in, so they market similar kind of products and services to you. Refer to the privacy policy of our ad services to know more about how they collect and process data.
Your IP address is typically used by advertisers to identify your general geographic location, for example, your country, state and, sometimes, your city).

Where social features are used. Other players and users may, for example, see your profile data, in-game activities and read the messages you have posted.

The services include features from our partners, such as social media interaction tools and advertising. Such partners are Google Ads, Unity Analytics, Google Play Services Google Firebase. These partners may access your data and operate under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to check their privacy policies to learn more about their data processing practices.
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect the personal information that we collect about you and how we process. The measures we adopt are designed to provide a level of security appropriate for the degree of risk involved with processing your personal information. Specific measures include encrypting your personal information in transit and at rest.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the services. We will for example periodically de-identify unused accounts and we regularly review and de-identify unnecessary data.
If you are no longer using our services, you can ask us to remove your personal data anytime at contact@viseware.com and we will do so unless There may be legal requirements to store your data and we may need to suspend that request for deletion in case, if we receive valid legal process asking us to preserve the data. If we receive reports of abuse or other Terms of Service violations, or if your account, data flagged by others or our systems for abuse or other Terms of Service violations. We may also retain certain information in backup for a limited period of time or as required by law.

You have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal information we hold about you. If you believe that the personal information, we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you can request that we rectify it. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the personal information we hold about you is accurate and up to date. We may also ask you to provide us with additional information to help us verify your identity and the accuracy of the information you have provided.
Your personal information may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than the country of which you are a resident. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from the laws of your country.
Our services are global by nature and your data can therefore be transferred anywhere in the world. Because different countries may have different data protection laws than your own country, we take steps to ensure adequate safeguards are in place to protect your data as explained in this privacy policy. Adequate safeguards that our partners may use include standard contractual clauses approved by EU Commission and the privacy shield certification in case of transfers to the USA.
Our services are not intended for, nor we direct them to, anyone under the age of 13. Hence, we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. In addition, we may limit how we collect, use, and store some of the information of USA, EEA and UK users between 13 and 16. In some cases, this means we will be unable to provide certain functionality to these users.
